About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diabetesberater/Diabetesassistent to join our team at Asklepios MVZ Sachsen GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient education programs for individuals with Type 1 and 2 diabetes, as well as other diabetes-related conditions.
  • Conduct anamneseerhebung for new patients and perform foot status assessments.
  • Administer capillary blood glucose testing and provide patient support and education.
  • Manage patient records, including EBM and GOÄ-Abrechnung, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on the latest diabetes management techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Diabetesberater/Diabetesassistent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
