We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist (m/w/d) - Production Specialist to join our team at Loesch Verpackungstechnik GmbH+Co. in Altendorf. As a CNC Machinist (m/w/d) - Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, programming and setting up manufacturing equipment, and ensuring high-quality production.

• Programming and Setup: Independently program and set up manufacturing machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Single-Part Production: Produce single parts according to drawings and specifications.
• CNC Milling Machine Operation: Operate and maintain CNC milling machines, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
• Tool Assembly and Measurement: Assemble and use measuring instruments to ensure accurate tooling and measurement.
• Cutting Data Determination: Determine cutting data to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Tool Monitoring: Continuously monitor tools in use to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Documentation: Document setup processes and production results for quality control and improvement.

• Education and Experience: Completed training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) or similar, with several years of experience in operating milling centers for machining production, preferably in single-part production or special machine construction.
• Technical Skills: Technical understanding and control knowledge of Heidenhain, preferably TNC 530 or TNC 640.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
