We are seeking a **Tax Specialist (m/f/d)** to work in a **hybrid model**.

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, Summary statements, and INTRASTAT for Germany and Poland.
• Assist in the annual VAT return preparation process.
• Review and validate tax provisions related to income taxes.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual income tax return submissions.
• Engage in M&A projects, including Share Deals and Asset Deals.
• Address inquiries regarding withholding tax and the artists' social security fund.
• Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in accordance with GAufZ.

• A university degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance and taxation, or equivalent training in the financial sector.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international context.
• Proficient in preparing both monthly and annual tax returns.
• Strong understanding of German and European VAT regulations as well as transfer pricing principles.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and in an organized manner.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German with very good English proficiency.
