Qualifications:

• Completed training as a bank clerk or a similar qualification in the financial services sector
• Extensive experience in personal consultations, ideally in field operations
• Prior experience in team leadership
• Willingness to work flexibly and on the move
• Demonstrated integrity, independence, and strong execution capabilities
• Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
