Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Apply Six Sigma project management standards to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scoping, engineering, execution, and learning.
  • Support the development of new projects, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

Energy Management:

  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the energy management system, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 50001).
  • Provide regular reporting to management on energy-related performance and system effectiveness.
  • Ensure energy management activities align with the organization's energy policy and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the energy management system.
  • Promote awareness of energy policy and objectives among all employees.

EAM:

  • Manage site ownership and administration, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for site development and improvement.
  • Provide training and support to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background, with a technical degree (Techniker/Meister) and relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of paper production plant technical requirements.
  • Fluent German language skills, with good English language knowledge.
  • Six Sigma certification is a must-have.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with flexibility and motivation.
