Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Business Analyst to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our Business-Analyse-Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex business requirements, developing and implementing business solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop recommendations for business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, and test plans to ensure accurate and complete requirements.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide business analysis support for IT projects, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, agile project management methodologies, and software development life cycles.
