Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Specialist to join our team at Carcoustics Haldensleben GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and benefits, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address employee relations issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
