EMC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to join our team at Viessmann Climate Solutions. As an EMC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of our products, from test planning to CE type testing.

• Conduct independent EMC projects from test planning to CE type testing.
• Test, analyze, and optimize the electromagnetic compatibility of our products and develop test plans.
• Test electrical and electronic components and devices according to current EMC standards in our own EMC laboratory.
• Develop measures to increase the immunity to interference and reduce the radio emissions of our products.
• Document test results and proof of CE conformity.

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on EMC or radio frequency technology.
• Several years of professional experience in the development of electronic assemblies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in EMC testing, as well as general measurement and radio frequency technology.
• Familiarity with EMC32, Elektra, SPS Testmanager, IEC and ICD-Control, or ProveEMC is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
