The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Manager to join our Operational Excellence team at our Hilden location. As a key member of our team, you will support the site leadership and operational departments in driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing Operational Excellence projects, improving productivity, and eliminating waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Operational Excellence projects to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress
- Provide training and mentoring to employees on Lean Management tools and methods
- Ensure transparency and visibility of Operational Excellence progress across the organization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Management, project management, and training/mentoring
- Proven track record of implementing successful Operational Excellence projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
