Your Responsibilities- Operate construction equipment for earthmoving and compaction tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on assigned equipment.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide support with general construction activities on various project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work processes and hours completed.
- Communicate effectively with the site manager and team members.
- Possess a valid certification as a Construction Equipment Operator or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proven experience operating construction equipment.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
- Be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
- Be flexible and able to work in shifts when required.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and instructions.
