Commercial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Controller to join our team at rebuy reCommerce GmbH. As a key member of our commercial controlling pillar, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and providing actionable insights to our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and planning infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with our BI analysts to develop and streamline our data and reporting landscape, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support operational performance steering by providing guidance and analysis to reach optimal results.
- Take ownership of small to midsize projects to further enhance our commercial controlling processes.
- Work closely with our commercial team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development of our financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- University degree in business administration or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial controlling, preferably in an ecommerce or C2B business.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to grasp the 'big-picture' and dive deep into details.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, with German a plus.
- Expertise in Excel, SQL, and Looker, with experience in GoogleSheets a plus.
