Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Die Autobahn. As a Highway Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our highway infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the construction and maintenance of highway projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and review designs for highway construction projects, taking into account technical specifications and budget constraints.
- Manage the tendering process for engineering services, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in highway construction supervision, with a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of German language and culture.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in specialty software, such as iTWO or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
