IT Support Specialist

Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in Voll- oder Teilzeit zu arbeiten und die Stelle ist ohne Befristung. Für unsere Dienstgemeinschaft ist es uns wichtig, dass wir langfristig und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeiten.
Die Kernarbeitszeit ist montags bis freitags von Uhr.
Die Caritas Familien- und Jugendhilfe (CFJ) ist ein gemeinnütziger Anbieter und Träger von Kindertagesstätten, Einrichtungen und Diensten der Hilfe zur Erziehung für Kinder, Jugendliche und Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen an vielen Standorten und unterschiedlichen Angebotsformen. In Berlin und Brandenburg betreuen wir rund 1.300 Menschen in allen Altersstufen.
Ihre Aufgaben• Entgegennehmen von Mitarbeiteranfragen (Hard- und Softwareprobleme, Passwortrücksetzungen etc.) per Telefon und Mail
• Erfassen der Probleme
• Lösen der Probleme unter Einsatz von Remote Control (Fernwartungssoftware)
• Durchführen von Reparatur-Installationen
• Weiterleiten der nicht unmittelbar lösbaren Probleme an Support
Wir erwartenIT-Kenntnisse und notwendige Soft Skills, IT-Systemelektronik, IT-Kaufmann/Kauffrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung gute Praxiskenntnisse bezüglich der Installation von PCs sowie unterschiedlicher Peripheriegeräte (auch im Netzwerk) weitergehende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Windows Betriebssystemen und Standard Microsoft Office Produkten weitergehende Kenntnisse der Hardware von Computern hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, sich in die unterschiedlichsten Aufgaben- und Themengebiete einzuarbeiten hohe Sozialkompetenz, insbesondere sehr gute Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative für eine lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und in der Verwaltung sind von Vorteil Wir bieten
