Job Title: Creative Strategist

Join our team at AppLike Group, a leading mobile game company, as a Creative Strategist. In this role, you will drive the creative direction and performance of our user acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of leading game titles and creative strategies weekly.
  • Develop innovative ideas to optimize ad performance, focusing on reducing CPI and increasing ad spend efficiency.
  • Conduct market research using tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Facebook Ad Library to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality ad creation and implementation.
  • Track ad performance, conduct A/B testing on app stores, and refine strategies based on data to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of custom product pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Understand and apply creative requirements of different ad networks to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage ROI in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Creatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in creative strategy, with a track record of optimizing ad performance and driving user acquisition, specifically in mobile or hyper-casual games.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies for mobile games, hyper-casual experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance tracking. Proficient in market intelligence tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower).
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for creative challenges.
  • Understanding of requirements for iOS and Android app stores and ad networks. Familiarity with visual A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating clear creative briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
