Sustainability Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Specialist to join our Corporate Sustainability team at tesa. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our company's journey towards a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for selected environmental and social sustainability topics.
  • Maintain ESG platforms and update self-assessments for non-financials (e.g., EcoVadis and SAQ).
  • Support the implementation of CSRD and data collection to meet reporting standards.
  • Review the calculation of Product Carbon Footprints.
  • Develop and write monthly sustainability reports for our internal network of sustainability experts.
  • Organize and participate in internal meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled Master's Student in Sustainability, or in a different field with a strong interest in sustainability.
  • You demonstrate a structured and detail-oriented way of working.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You thrive in both independent and team environments.
  • You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
