Responsibilities- Participate in a 24-month cross-media training program, where you will learn the skills and techniques necessary for responsible journalism.
- Work in various editorial departments, including online and print media, and gain hands-on experience in research, writing, and editing.
- Collaborate with our team to produce engaging and informative content, and receive continuous feedback to improve your skills.
- Attend additional courses to develop your theoretical knowledge and prepare for a career in journalism.
- Upon completion of the program, you will be well-equipped to work as a redactor (m/w/d) at a quality media outlet.
- Be passionate about quality journalism and have a strong interest in current events.
- Have a successful academic background, preferably with a degree in journalism or a related field.
- Have a good command of the German language and excellent writing and communication skills.
- Be familiar with digital media and have a basic understanding of social media and vertical storytelling.
- Be eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
