Your Role
If you have a knack for managing various projects and enjoy organizing events, webinars, and marketing initiatives, you may be an ideal fit for our Field Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, managing smaller project tasks.
- Support the setup and delivery of webinars.
- Promote our sponsored events and organized webinars through internal and external communication channels.
- Develop online and offline marketing campaigns within the MEE region.
- Coordinate social media initiatives.
- Engage with SAP Signavio's clients and partners, including scheduling meetings.
- Help organize and produce marketing materials.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to monitor activities.
- Identify lead generation opportunities and collaborate with marketing agencies for ABM campaigns.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
As an intern, you will work 40 hours per week, while a working student role entails 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management.
- Open-minded and able to collaborate effectively with an international team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in customer, partner, or supplier interactions.
- Prior exposure to the B2B sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Open to candidates located within Germany.

You will be part of an international Field Marketing Team that reports to the VP of Global Field Marketing at SAP Signavio. Our team is responsible for the overarching marketing strategy and its execution across our regions.
