About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist for Credit Management to join our team at IT-HAUS GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our customer portfolios, ensuring timely payments and minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze customer credit information to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our sales team.
- Conduct regular credit limit reviews and ensure timely processing of all contract-related matters.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient credit management.
- Provide support for weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
- Participate in Controlling projects to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, including sales tax law, insolvency law, and debt collection procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of credit management and debt recovery processes.
- First-hand experience in Controlling is desirable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and stress-resistant approach.
