We are seeking a Program Manager in the Engineering sector to become part of our dynamic team.

Position Highlights
  • Manage and address customer inquiries, showcasing your sales acumen
  • Engage in technical coordination, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients
  • Oversee development projects from proposal through to prototype and series production for intricate (fuel) systems and their components
  • Contribute to the analysis of requirement specifications and document any concerns
  • Lead quality planning (APQP) and conduct technical feasibility assessments
  • Facilitate and participate in FMEA processes both internally and externally
  • Drive process enhancements within your role
  • Conduct market research with a proactive approach
Required Qualifications
  • Possess a completed technical degree or equivalent technical/commercial vocational training
  • Preferably have experience in program or project management within the automotive sector
  • Exhibit strong negotiation abilities and assertiveness
  • Demonstrate an empathetic and professional demeanor
  • Showcase analytical thinking, quick comprehension, precision in tasks, and a high level of commitment
  • Maintain composure under pressure, think strategically, and work effectively in teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
