We are seeking a Sales Manager (f/m/d) specializing in Medium Voltage Drives to contribute to our success at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.
Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will play a key role in sustaining and enhancing our leading position in the medium voltage drives market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting global sales initiatives to broaden our market reach.
- Guiding our sales regions with tailored value propositions and providing expert advice to clients.
- Utilizing your expertise in drive technology applications to craft innovative, customer-focused proposals.
- Conducting training sessions for regional sales teams and clients on technology trends and applications in medium voltage drives, particularly in German-speaking regions of Europe.
- Offering insights to our factories and portfolio management regarding anticipated product developments.
- Coordinating sales efforts with related departments to ensure alignment.
- Strengthening long-term relationships with customers, partners, and sales regions.
- Identifying market trends and developing strategic sales, marketing, and portfolio initiatives.
- A Master's or University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine building, drive technology, or related power electronics fields.
- A proven history of success in business development and sales.
- Experience in collaborating with clients to create innovative solutions.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A willingness to travel internationally as part of your role.
- Proficiency in modern communication techniques and storytelling.
