Data Analyst (m/w/d) Markt- und Mietenanalyse

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Analyst (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Markt- und Mietenanalyse in Hamburg. Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von Mietspiegel- und Wohnlagenmodellen sowie der Analyse und Auswertung von großen empirischen Daten beteiligt.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Systematische Erfassung, Aufbereitung, Analyse und Auswertung von großen empirischen Daten
  • Entwicklung von Mietspiegel- und Wohnlagenmodellen
  • Erstellung von Methodenberichten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Leistungen und Methoden unseres Teams
Dein Profil:
  • (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss mit statistischem Schwerpunkt oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten
  • Statistische Methodenkompetenz (insbesondere multivariate Regressionsanalysen)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten, ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kenntnisse von Statistiksoftware (vor allem R)
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
