Position
Als Leiter für Einzelhandelsentwicklung sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Förderung des Einzelhandels in unseren Outlet-Destinationen. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Standorte sowohl in Bezug auf das Angebot als auch auf die Kundenerfahrung kontinuierlich verbessert werden.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Verkaufszahlen und Verbesserung der Kundenbindung.
- Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten zur Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Markenpartnern, um sicherzustellen, dass deren Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen erfüllt werden.
- Überwachung der Performance der Einzelhandelsstandorte und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung.
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Fachleuten im Bereich Einzelhandelsmanagement.
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrung im Einzelhandel mit, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition. Sie sind strategisch denkend, verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und haben ein Gespür für Trends im Einzelhandel. Ihre Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und kreative Lösungen zu finden, wird entscheidend für Ihren Erfolg in dieser Rolle sein.
