Compliance Project Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Compliance Project Manager to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our Business Transformation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance guidelines across our Northern Europe market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement local guidelines (adaptation of international Boutique Operations Manual) in our boutiques, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Coach our boutiques in audit preparation, identifying pain points and providing training and support.
- Provide support on compliance guidelines, training and guiding HQ colleagues and aligning with international procurement teams.
- Act as a referent for compliance updates, projects, and status, communicating regularly with local management teams and seeking improvements in daily operations.
- Animate a compliance community by department and boutique, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a similar position, with strong ability to prioritize and deal with multi-tasking with multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and proficiency in reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of German legislation is a plus.
- Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus.
