Quality Assurance Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance activities including QA and CCM at the facility.
- Manage and mentor team members directly reporting to this position.
- Implement and enhance global quality and process standards.
- Establish and lead the global QA organization effectively.
- Engage in operational tasks within the QA department.
- Assist the sales team in addressing customer complaints.
- Continuously improve global processes in alignment with the ONE EagleBurgmann philosophy.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP Q module).
- Act as a global Process Owner.
- Support and facilitate global audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong team collaboration, results-oriented mindset, and facilitation skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong entrepreneurial approach and several years of hands-on experience in quality management.
- Knowledgeable in process and LEAN management methodologies.
- Organized and self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
- Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in SAP and MS Office applications.
