About the RoleAs a Senior Staff AI Engineer at Beam, you'll play a key part in shaping the next generation of AI agents, innovating new concepts that empower agents to interpret abstract goals, execute tasks with precision, and learn from every interaction.
Responsibilities- Design, test, and extend Beam Agents with new capabilities, conducting large-scale experiments to iteratively enhance performance on various benchmarks.
- Translate customer challenges into research concepts, develop prototypes, and shepherd them into full production deployments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by reviewing cutting-edge research and integrating relevant findings into our agent framework.
- Minimum 6 years in software development or machine learning, with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including a deep understanding of Transformers architecture and proven experience working with LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Langraph.
- Excellent algorithmic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
