About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Java Developer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our engineering scrum team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing cloud-based software solutions using Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based software solutions using Java and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum and continuous integration
  • Contribute to the development of backlogs and architecture topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies, including microservices architecture and continuous delivery
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
