Proposal Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Management Expert to lead our offer processes for potential new customers and existing clients at adesso SE. As a Proposal Management Expert, you will be responsible for creating compelling sales documents and ensuring the success of our offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage offer processes for potential new customers and existing clients
  • Coordinate all members of the offer team
  • Provide guidance on offer strategies and competitor analysis
  • Assist offer teams in creating convincing offer texts
  • Optimize Proposal Management processes

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business or technology
  • Extensive experience in Bid Management or Proposal Management, preferably in an IT services company
  • Experience in handling public tenders and knowledge of procurement law
  • APMP certification is a plus
  • Attention to detail, quality-consciousness, and strong communication skills in German and English
