Job Responsibilities- Lead the development of disposable products from concept to launch (NPI).
- Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, encompassing milestones, cost analysis (COGS, NREs), and budget management.
- Provide regular updates on project status and phase transitions to executive management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Guide the project team through each development phase, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate resource allocation and collaboration within the R&D department.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments including Purchasing, Service, Production, Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Program Management, customers, and external service providers.
- Initiate procurement processes for materials required for sample and prototype builds.
- Spearhead the creation, coordination, and maintenance of technical product documentation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of mandatory documents for each project phase.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations and delivering high-quality products.
- Escalate critical project parameters to the program manager and superiors as needed.
- Facilitate clear internal and external communication channels, ensuring alignment on customer communication strategies.
- Develop and conduct internal training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Support the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating potential candidates.
- Evaluate the impact of updated standards on the R&D department, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
