About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Solar (PV) Installer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing photovoltaic systems, including the assembly of the substructure, installation of solar panels, and preparation of direct current cabling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of photovoltaic systems, including the assembly of the substructure and installation of solar panels
  • Preparation of direct current cabling
  • Work in a small, well-coordinated solar installation team based on dynamic cooperation and mutual respect
  • Freely selectable area of work within your place of residence and a varied workplace
Requirements
  • No previous experience necessary
  • Living in Germany
  • No fear of heights and good physical condition to work on roofs
  • German language skills at least A2
What We Offer
  • Free training to become a solar installer at our Solar Academy, including accommodation and travel costs
  • Starting salary of €3,000 to €3,500 gross plus performance-based bonus payments after successful completion of training and employment
