As part of SAP LeanIX's ambitious growth strategy, we are thrilled to enhance our global Talent Acquisition team with a Recruitment Specialist for Software Engineering. This position will oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes identifying, attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent for our Software Engineering Department across multiple locations.

Recruitment Specialist (Software Engineering) EMEA (f/m/d) - Temporary Contract

Hybrid role based in the Bonn, Berlin, and Munich area

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Join our award-winning global Talent Acquisition team, recognized for excellence in recruitment.
  • Play a pivotal role in the expansion of SAP LeanIX's operations, contributing to our ambitious growth plans in the EMEA region.
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of exceptional talent for our Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand their objectives and provide strategic insights that enhance the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrate a passion for sourcing talent, utilizing innovative techniques to uncover exceptional candidates.
WHAT WE SEEK:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the IT/SaaS sector, particularly in Software Product organizations.
  • Strong business partnership skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a structured, data-driven, and creative approach, along with a keen attention to detail.
  • A successful track record in recruiting senior Engineering candidates across various functional roles.
  • A curious mindset combined with an engaging and dynamic personality.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Talent Solutions and ATS (preferably Greenhouse).
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential, with native-level proficiency in German preferred.
