About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at tristar GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including the training and development of our junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including the development and implementation of culinary strategies
• Oversee the purchasing and inventory management of food and supplies
• Develop and maintain a high-quality menu that meets the expectations of our customers
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
• Manage the kitchen budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Develop and implement effective training programs for kitchen staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Proven track record of success in menu development and implementation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to manage a team and develop staff
