We are excited to invite a new dedicated professional to join our team as a HubSpot Specialist, responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot CRM to enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows within HubSpot to promote efficiency, scalability, and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure the integrity, standardization, accuracy, and integration of HubSpot CRM data, including ongoing quality assurance measures.
- Take ownership of the roadmap for enhancements to HubSpot CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop custom HubSpot designs and workflows.
- Create custom properties and objects in HubSpot to support ongoing marketing, sales, and client success strategies.
- Integrate HubSpot with various systems and advertising networks such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party applications, including custom API development.
- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and other automated processes to improve lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for marketing and sales teams on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on HubSpot integration.
- Experience in creating and strategizing HubSpot for sales and marketing is highly desirable.
- HubSpot certifications are a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and custom objects.
- Able to design complex and logical workflows and create custom dashboards within HubSpot.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
