YOUR ROLE INCLUDESDriving the success of our retail location by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and an engaging shopping atmosphereExemplifying outstanding customer service, effectively executing our service protocols, and fostering active customer interactionPossessing extensive product knowledge across all categories and continuously enhancing your expertiseLeading and mentoring our team members on the sales floor while promoting employee satisfaction through targeted initiativesPlanning and executing customer engagement activities and eventsOverseeing staff scheduling and organizing daily operational activitiesManaging stock levels and ensuring product availability while processing ordersTaking primary responsibility for the implementation of company policies and visual merchandising standardsMonitoring local market trends and competitor activities to boost our store's competitivenessCollaborating closely with fellow Store Managers and the Area Manager to share best practicesOrganizing and conducting inventory assessmentsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSCompleted vocational training in retail, service, or customer relationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty or fashion sector with leadership responsibilitiesA genuine passion for customer service and sales, demonstrating a strong service orientationEmpathetic and team-focused leadership style with the ability to inspire and coach othersResults-driven with a solid understanding of retail performance metricsStrong organizational skills and commitment to adhering to guidelines and policiesPositive attitude, resilience, and capacity to facilitate changeEffective conflict resolution skillsDeep interest in beauty and lifestyle, with a desire to learn about products, innovations, and trendsProficient in MS Office and comfortable using computersWHAT WE OFFERComprehensive onboarding processA motivating and inspiring workplace with a strong team cultureAccess to an extensive E-Learning platform for personal growthTraining on the latest products and trendsCareer advancement opportunities through our development programAttractive employee discountsPerformance-based incentives-
