Operations Director

Our team is dedicated to serving high-quality coffee in a unique and welcoming environment. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team in Berlin Mitte and contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, sales, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, motivating the team to deliver exceptional service while driving business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective cost management strategies, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality and price standards are met.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and budget forecasts, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- At least 7 years of operational experience in retail F&B, preferably with a mix of retail food and beverage chains at an international level.
- Experience in the coffee industry is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and excited to work on the full-cycle of building a start-up.
- Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
