Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Kursana-Gruppe. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care services to clients, including personal care and hygiene support
• Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities outside their homes, promoting social interaction and community engagement
• Organize and participate in group activities, fostering a sense of community and social connection among clients
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each client are met

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed training as a Care Assistant or Nursing Assistant
• Experience working with seniors, with a preference for previous experience in elderly care
• Service-oriented approach, with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and reliability
• Driver's license, with a valid vehicle for transportation
• High level of social competence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
