About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at msg life. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in the implementation, adaptation, and production of our life insurance management system, msg.Life Factory, and our comprehensive insurance solution, msg.Insurance Suite.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • You will be responsible for creating business requirements and developing functional specifications for our software development team.
  • You will analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for process optimization.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our software with existing systems.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in life insurance and business process management.

  • You should have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business process management role, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • You should be a team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
