About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Business Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Talent Development Specialist: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Organizational Effectiveness Manager: Analyze and improve HR processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • HR Transformation Leader: Lead initiatives to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement.
  • Change Management Expert: Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a dynamic environment.
