About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Bloomwell Group GmbH. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business strategy by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI-based analytical models to optimize business processes
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Power BI Services (DAX & Power Query)
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends and patterns in large data sets
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify requirements and provide data-driven solutions
  • Train and support colleagues in using AI and analytical tools
  • Analyze website and e-commerce data
  • Drive data-driven monitoring of our platforms
  • Report directly to the Director of Data & Analytics
Requirements
  • Practical experience with MS Power BI Services (DAX & Power Query)
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their implementation in business analysis
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured work approach
  • Excellent organizational skills with flexibility
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and/or Python is a plus
