Wir suchen eine motivierte und erfahrene Schichtleiter:in (m/w/d) für unsere CNC-Fertigung, um gemeinsam mit uns Europas modernste Lohnfertigung aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Führe fachlich und disziplinarisch 4-7 Mitarbeiter und strebe dabei konstant eine hohe Performance an.
  • Arbeite eigenständig an CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen.
  • Sei für die absolute Top-Qualität und den Output der Produktion verantwortlich.
  • Hilfe uns Fertigungsprozesse immer weiter zu verbessern.
  • Agiere als aktive Kommunikationsführer:in beim Schichtwechsel.
Deine Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in, Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder Feinwerkmechaniker:in.
  • Solide Programmierkenntnisse mit Siemens Steuerungen.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der zerspanenden Metallverarbeitung.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
