Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Administrator to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee resources, ensuring seamless payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and HR inquiries
  • Implement and maintain personnel planning and monitoring, compensation and benefits, support and counseling, and HR administration systems
  • Prepare and analyze HR statistics and reports
  • Interact with government agencies, health insurance providers, and other external partners
  • Process payroll data and input, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare various certificates, employment contracts, and qualified certificates
  • Manage time tracking systems and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team

Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Knowledge of tax, social security, labor laws, and collective agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems
