Als Full Stack Projektmanager bei Commerz Direktservice GmbH unterstützt du die technische, funktionale und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung unserer webbasierten Wissensportale für Mitarbeitende und Kundinnen sowie Kunden der Commerzbank.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Product Ownern zusammen, um technische Anforderungen zu erarbeiten und diese mit den Entwickler-Teams abzustimmen.
  • Die Steuerung und Überwachung der Leistungserbringung von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du analysierst und entwickelst Geschäftsprozesse sowie Kundeninteraktionen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Fachkonzepte, Architekturvorlagen und Strategiepapiere.
  • Darüber hinaus sicherst du den technischen sowie fachlichen Betrieb unter Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Richtlinien sowie Aspekten der Informationssicherheit.
  • Innerhalb eines agilen Projektumfelds organisierst du Meetings, konzipierst und leitest Stakeholder-Workshops und unterstützt bei der Kosten- und Budgetplanung.
Deine Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Full Stack Projektmanager mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Medien-)Informatik und/oder Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Fokus.
  • Routinierte Projektmitarbeit und -umsetzung sowie fachliche und technische Skills rund um das Thema Webentwicklung, CMS-Systeme und Analytics.
  • Ideen und Vorhaben können inhaltlich und visuell in Tools wie Jira, Confluence und Powerpoint übersetzt werden.
  • Dynamische und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die neue Themenfelder schnell erfassen und deren Relevanz einschätzen kann.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level C1) und umfassende Englischkenntnisse (Level B2).
