Position: Customer Service Representative (m,w,d)Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate and market our offerings to clients, emphasizing the advantages of fiber optic technology
- Deliver sales and technical insights to customers
- Assist clients through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and online chats
- Address customer grievances and manage order modifications
- Provide a distinctive customer experience through effective communication
- Enter customer information into our CRM platform
- Work collaboratively with the sales department
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent credentials
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Strong focus on customer needs and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with fiber optics and telecommunications is advantageous
- A collaborative team member with a positive attitude
- Proactive approach and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German
