As a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) at Marel, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients and provide essential support to our service team. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering remote technical assistance to our clients and partners in accordance with globally established protocols for managing inquiries, including prioritization, escalation, routing, and response times.
- Assisting clients and partners through remote access tools while interpreting and utilizing diagnostic data effectively.
- Receiving and addressing all customer feedback and complaints.
- Identifying and recommending necessary standard and non-standard spare parts during the request handling process.
- Planning and executing small-scale projects in collaboration with our development team.
- Traveling up to 25% of the time to client sites or other Marel offices for technical training and to gather insights valuable to the technical support team.
