• Requirements analysis and procurement
• Planning of machines according to production plans
• Processing of term requests, term tracking, and reminder system
• Correspondence with suppliers
• Shared responsibility for inventory management
• Claims management and data maintenance

• Completed commercial training
• Desirable experience in procurement/disposition
• Secure handling of MS Office and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP MM
• Confident and competent appearance and communication skills
• Good English skills, additional foreign languages an asset
