SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team at Darwin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, requiring a comprehensive understanding across modules and the ability to design integrated processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on HR processes and the smooth technical and functional deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on HR Admin procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design and implement integrated processes across SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency in both German (C1 level) and English.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
