Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Senior UI/UX Designer, der mit Know-how, Leidenschaft und Kreativität bei der Konzeption, Prototypierung und Gestaltung von Apps, Websites und Design-Templates mitwirkt.
  • Der Senior UI/UX Designer wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern neue Funktionen für unsere ePublishing Suite konzipieren und gestalten.
  • Der Designer wird auch bei SPRYLAB Marketing-Kampagnen unterstützen und Präsentationen für externe und interne Projekte vorbereiten.
  • Der Senior UI/UX Designer wird Junior Designern in großen Projekten bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Designs unterstützen.
Qualifikationen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Medien-, Web- oder Kommunikationsdesign.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Design.
  • Durchführung von Benutzeruntersuchungen und Tests.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator und Sketch.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prototyping-Werkzeugen wie InVision.
  • Basiswissen in HTML5 und CSS.
  • Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus.
  • Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse und ein Auge fürs Detail.
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Leidenschaft und Konzeptionsstärke.
  • Großes Interesse an den neuesten Technologien und Design-Trends.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Hands-On-Mentalität.
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
