Become a vital part of the Schlosspark Theater Berlin team in the capacity of Press and Public Relations Coordinator.

This full-time position encompasses a range of responsibilities within the realms of Artistic Operations and Public Relations. We are looking for someone who can step into this role with immediate availability.

With a legacy that dates back to 1885, Schlosspark Theater has a storied history. Under the leadership of Boleslaw Barlog for 27 years following World War II, the theater showcased renowned talents such as Hildegard Knef and Klaus Kinski. Since 2009, Dieter Hallervorden has been at the helm, presenting a variety of productions and guest performances under the theme 'Spirit with Humor'.

Key Responsibilities

Artistic Operations:

  • Assist theater management with various administrative duties.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between departments, artists, and partner organizations.
  • Coordinate processes and plans in partnership with different departments.
  • Oversee the well-being of artists and guest performers.
  • Manage general operational activities.

Public Relations:

  • Enhance the visibility of Schlosspark Theater and promote its artistic offerings.
  • Cultivate a positive public image of the theater.
  • Stay informed about ongoing productions and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Engage with media representatives and shape the theater's narrative through strategic media relations.
  • Prepare press releases, editorial content, and other publications.
