- As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will oversee cross-departmental management of development initiatives in the field of advanced safety sensor technology, specifically 2D-/3D-LIDAR systems.
- You will prepare project proposals that include planning for time-to-market, budgeting, project organization, technical specifications, and risk assessment.
- You will facilitate collaboration within the project team and coordinate essential work packages to ensure project success.
- You will engage in proactive risk management and report project status to upper management.
- You will be responsible for the approval and certification of features, components, and products.
- You will enhance and shape the organization and development processes within your project environment.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Microsystems Technology, Physics, or a related field.
- You have professional experience as a project leader in component, product, or platform development, preferably in the domain of optical sensors, automation, or electrical engineering.
- You possess knowledge in the development of mechanical or electronic components, embedded software, or sensor technology.
- Familiarity with configuration and variant management is essential.
- You have experience with agile development processes, particularly Scrum.
- Ideally, you have expertise in functional safety as well as in the approval and certification of features, components, and products.
- You demonstrate strong interdisciplinary teamwork and communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Your structured and independent thinking and working style, coupled with a sense of responsibility, set you apart.
- You can motivate a project team and maintain a focus on achieving project objectives.
