Your Role in Data & Analytics

As a pivotal member of our Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing department to enhance our understanding of marketing effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with the marketing team to identify their data and analytical requirements and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Overseeing the framework for evaluating marketing effectiveness, which encompasses performance marketing attribution and marketing mix modeling.
  • Designing and maintaining data processing systems that facilitate comprehensive marketing analytics.
  • Generating insightful reports and dashboards to provide clarity on marketing performance metrics.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous quality monitoring and regular checks.
  • Interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that support marketing decision-making.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses to assess the success of various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the data platform team to establish a centralized data infrastructure that meets marketing analytics needs.
  • Providing training and support to marketing team members on data tools and methodologies to enhance their analytical capabilities.
  • Partnering with external vendors to strengthen our marketing data capabilities.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 1 year focused on marketing analytics, including familiarity with key metrics and performance marketing.
  • A solid understanding of contemporary marketing practices, including various channels and platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with tools like Databricks, dbt, or BigQuery is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German is a bonus.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
