**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer Mainframe z/OS Workload Automation to join our team in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Munich, or Münster. As a key member of our Service Field Plattformservices in the Tribe Core Banking Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting the execution of bank mergers and participating in application and migration tests.
- Maintaining and developing the migration and fusion procedures of the agree21 banking process for the Atruvia AG for the association of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken.
- Integrating application changes and new processes into the existing application environment, taking into account fusion procedures and potential additional aspects.
- Working on strategic projects within the Service Field and other business and service fields.
- Maintaining operational standards, creating and maintaining necessary documentation, and handling incidents and problems in the Second-Level Function.
- Being prepared to work on weekends and participate in on-call duties (7x24).
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science and several years of relevant experience in the IT sector or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL) and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (IWS).
- Good knowledge of z/OS Mainframe, DB systems DB2 and Oracle, with knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, Unix, and Rexx being desirable.
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level) and good English language skills (B2 level).
- Experience with agile concepts and working methods (such as Kanban and Scrum).
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and structured work style, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
